Planning your next JAKES event?
Check out these new, helpful tools.
- Order awesome support materials — like birdhouse kits — for your next event. NWTF chapters receive discounts. Find them on the new JAKES product order form, which is available on the JAKES Coordinator Web page.
- Let the NWTF graphics department make your JAKES event fliers, posters, brochures and banners look professional and eye-catching. The JAKES event design service is free to NWTF chapters. For an order form, submission requirements and printing options contact NWTF Art Director Trent Harrelson at tharrelson@nwtf.net
Make sure to copy your NWTF regional director on all requests. A complete list of their e-mail addresses is on page 18.
- Get noticed. Submit your chapter for the Best JAKES Event award. Go to the JAKES Coordinator website to download an application.
- Promote your event online. All registered JAKES events are posted on the NWTF website, and we now have the capability to also post your flier or registration form. Events are posted when they are officially registered. E-mail your flier or registration form to jplunkett@nwtf.net.
- Send an e-blast inviting area people to your event. This free service is available to local and state chapters. Complete the fill-in-the-blank news release (a Quick Link to the form is at www.turkeycountrymagazine.com) and send it as an attachment to blawrence@nwtf.net. Don't forget to provide the ZIP code to where the e-blast should be sent.
